Who said that masks
are limited to the theatre?
No one, that's who!
Therefore, my advice for you is:
take a totally unexpected piece
and rock it like it was meant to be
worn as any old accessory.
The mask I'm wearing was from Venice.
When I bought it, I knew I wanted to wear it as an actual
adornment with everyday clothes; not just for costumes.
The problem was: how exactly could I use it
as an integral aspect of my look?
Eventually, I came across this picture:
I really liked the idea of a mask sitting on top of the head.
It meant that I could wear it without it actually covering my eyes.
I then donned this billowy vintage blouse
and BAM--next thing you know, you're channeling
the three musketeers, puffy fancy pants and everything, huzzah!

I honestly have read about a trillion "fashion" blogs, and yours is the most unique of them all.
ReplyDeleteNobody gives the type of advice that you do - taking potentially wild trends and taming them to make the wearable by anyone. You've got an insane talent for styling, and I have so much respect for your opinion and advice.
